The course is classroom based and involves extensive group and individual participation of the delegates.
Lunch and refreshments are provided.
The course is delivered in association with leading industry commercial consultant Paul Crabtree, whom has been working within all area of the scaffolding industry for over 50 years. Paul now concentrates on commercial and contractual matters.

• Practical review and understanding of scaffold subcontract documents
• Practical identification of key commercial areas and risk
• Practical identification of high-risk contract clauses and documents.
• Practical examples of valuation and variation clauses.
• Additional hire clauses
• Valuation of variations and Schedule of rates and daywork clauses.
• Practical application of quotations
• Programming clauses
• Contra charges, their meaning, effect and rebuttal.
• Review of commercial pitfalls generally.
• Scaffold subcontract review of a particular project
