FAQs
How long does it take to get a CISRS Card?
Once you have successfully completed a CISRS Course, assuming you have also successfully passed your CITB HS&E Test prior to taking the course, you’ll be awarded your CISRS Card. This could take up to 30 days. You’ll get your physical, plastic card, as well as a smart card that you can access via your phone or alternative device.
What if I lose my CISRS Card?
As long as your card is still in date and hasn’t expired, you can simply call the CISRS Helpline on 0844 815 7223 for a replacement card. In the meantime, you can access your CISRS Card online.
How long does a CISRS Card last for?
Most CISRS Cards are valid for 5 years, except for the Red Trainee Card which lasts for 18 months. Before your card expires, it’s up to you to re-take the relevant course and your HS&E Test before you can apply for a new card.
