Our service

Clean gutters, without the ladder risk

Gutters are often left unchecked simply because reaching them safely isn't easy. Our trained technicians use high-reach gutter vacuum equipment to clear gutters and downpipes from ground level, even on taller or hard-to-reach buildings.

We work on retail units, warehouses, offices, schools, hospitals and domestic properties.

What happens when gutters are left blocked

Leaves, moss and debris build up all year. Once a section clogs, rainwater has nowhere to go.

  • Water tracks back into roofs, walls and foundations
  • Damp, mould and costly repairs
  • Staining on the walls below the guttering
  • Standing water that attracts pests
  • Freezing water and ice damming along the roofline in winter

What we do

What our gutter cleaning involves

Risk assessment

Every job starts with a site assessment so we can quote accurately and plan safe access.

Clear

We remove leaves, moss and debris from gutters and downpipes.

Flush & check

We flush the system with water to check the flow.

Inspect

We check soffits and fascia boards while we are there.

Timing

When to clean your gutters

As a rule, clean gutters at least twice a year: in autumn once the leaves have dropped, and in spring before heavier rain.

Buildings near trees or in exposed, high-debris locations often need more frequent visits. We can arrange a one-off clean or a regular schedule — monthly, quarterly or annually.

How much does gutter cleaning cost?

It depends on the building size and access. As a guide, commercial gutter cleaning in the UK ranges from around £50 for a small single-storey building to £300 or more for a larger multi-storey property. We always give a fixed quote after an on-site assessment.

How often should gutters be cleaned?

At least twice a year, in autumn and spring. Buildings near trees or in debris-prone spots may need more.

What are the signs gutters need cleaning?

Overflowing or dripping water in rain, sagging sections, damp patches or staining below the gutter, and visible plant growth.

Should I clean my own gutters?

Gutter cleaning usually means working at height on a ladder, which carries a real fall risk. A professional service with ground-based vacuum equipment is safer and more thorough, especially on taller buildings.

Do roofers clean gutters?

Not usually. Roofers focus on the roof covering, while gutter cleaning is typically done by specialist access teams like ours.
