Safe Rooftop Walkways
Changes in level, uneven surfaces and obstructions make roofs hazardous, especially in bad weather. Kee Walk gives your team a safe, clearly defined route across the roof.
- EN 516 Class 1-C
- Roofs up to 35° pitch
- No welding on site
A safe, level path across almost any roof
Kee Walk is a modular rooftop walkway, easy to install and tested to British and international standards. It is engineered for trapezoidal, composite, built-up and standing seam metal roofs, on flat, barrel or sloping roofs up to 35°.
Step and traverse sections mean safe access can be created across virtually any roof layout.

Two tread options to suit your site
Nylon treads
High-grade nylon with raised, roughened sections for a slip-resistant surface.
- Excellent UV stability — won't degrade in strong sunlight
- Fire rated to Class HB of UL94
- Lightweight and hard-wearing
Aluminium treads
The ideal choice where the look of the building matters.
- Just as sturdy and durable as nylon
- Clean, architectural finish
- Suits visible or public-facing roofs
Keep foot traffic where it belongs
Kee Walk works on membrane, asphalt, PVC, metal, standing seam and composite roofs, giving a safe, slip-resistant, level surface to and across the roof. Adjustable step sections and cross-slope traverse sections give safe access for every worker.
A clearly defined path also protects the roof itself by keeping foot traffic off the surrounding surface. Where there is an unprotected edge, Kee Walk can be combined with a guardrail or a Kee Line lifeline.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about safe rooftop walkway. Can't see yours? Our team is happy to help.
What roof types is Kee Walk suitable for?
Trapezoidal profile, composite, built-up and standing seam metal roofs, on flat, barrel or sloping roofs up to 35°.
Does Kee Walk protect the roof as well as people?
Yes. Its defined path keeps foot traffic off the surrounding roof surface, reducing the risk of accidental damage.
Can Kee Walk be combined with a guardrail?
Yes. Where there is an unprotected edge, pair it with a guardrail, or with a Kee Line lifeline where a guardrail isn't practical.
What standards does Kee Walk meet?
EN 516:2006 for roof access walkways, CE marked under the Construction Products Regulation No. 305/2011, with treads fire rated to Class HB of UL94.
How is Kee Walk installed?
In pre-assembled 1.5m or 3m sections with treads fixed to aluminium support beams. No welding is needed, and sections weigh under 9kg/m.
Will it work on a sloped or curved roof?
Yes. Step sections go up the slope and platform sections go across it, so a route can be created on most roofs up to 35°.
